Frank Giustra
Frank Giustra is President and CEO of Fiore Financial Corporation, an exclusive advisor to Endeavour Mining Corporation. Mr. Giustra also serves as Chairman and President of Fiore Capital Corporation, a private financial advisory firm managing a broad portfolio of private equity investments across North America, focussing on investment opportunities where its capital can assist entrepreneurs and management teams to grow their businesses to the next level of success.
In 1997, he founded Lionsgate and served as its Chairman from 1997-2003. He returned to the Company’s Board of Directors in 2010. In April 2012, he launched a new joint venture with Lionsgate and Thunderbird Films, called Sea to Sky, which will focus on the television industry.
Mr. Giustra is a strong believer in philanthropy, and devotes much of his time to a variety of causes. In 1997, he established The Radcliffe Foundation, and holds the position of President. Radcliffe Foundation supports a wide variety of international and local charities.
In 2007, Frank and former President Bill Clinton launched the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative (CGSGI), with the focus of creating social and economic development programs in parts of the world where poverty is widespread, including Colombia, Peru and Haiti.
Since 2005, Frank Giustra has become an active executive member and significant contributor to the International Crisis Group. The International Crisis Group is widely recognized as the leading independent, non-partisan source of analysis and advice to policymakers on the prevention and resolution of deadly conflict.
Mr. Giustra is a member of the board of trustees of the William J. Clinton Foundation, the International Crisis Group, and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. In addition, he sits on the board of the StreetoHome Foundation, a Vancouver foundation that envisions access to safe, clean and affordable housing for everyone in Vancouver.
