Guinea: Reforming the Army

23 September 2010: If the armed forces of Guinea are not reformed thoroughly, they will continue to pose a threat to democratic civilian rule and risk plunging the country and the region into chaos. Alain Délétroz, Crisis Group’s Vice President for Europe, just returned from Guinea and tells us about the current situation on the ground.
