Cillian Nolan works as Crisis Group's analyst in Dili, Timor-Leste. He was previously based in Crisis Group's Brussels office, working as a member of the Research Unit and as special assistant to its Deputy Presidents. Before coming to Crisis Group, he worked in radio news production with National Public Radio in Washington, DC and as a researcher with the Harvard Program on Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research (HPCR).
