Now that peace talks to end this long war are getting serious, he tells about Crisis Group's efforts to get the Taliban to elaborate on their demands for the peace process. Many important questions, such as the future of the Afghan security forces or the rights of women and minorities, remain unanswered and a matter of concern for Afghans living in urban areas. These are questions that the Taliban will need to answer if they are to make it all the way through the peace process.
