Ivana joined the International Crisis Group in March 2021. As Director of Foundation Relations, she is responsible for managing relationships with Crisis Group’s foundation donors as well as building a strategic plan to increase financial support from a portfolio of key global institutions.

Prior to joining Crisis Group, Ivana was the Associate Director of Foundation Relations at the International Women’s Health Coalition (IWHC), where she managed a donor portfolio comprising of 65 per cent of organisational revenue. She was also previously the Director of Grants & Partnerships at Global Citizen, where she oversaw fundraising and partnerships with foundations, multilateral organisations and governments. Ivana began her career at United Way and later helped build the first development team at Women for Afghan Women. She holds a MS in global affairs from New York University and a BA in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
