Iranian Foreign Minister Amirabdollahian told his Qatari counterpart that “in recent weeks, we have witnessed an increase in military moves regarding Yemen, and such moves will lead to outbreak of further wars in Yemen and the region, and destroy the path to peace”. The following day, during a conversation with the UN Secretary-General, he emphasised Iran’s approach of “supporting a political solution to end the war in Yemen”.
