Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif, referring to Israeli airstrikes in Syria, opined that "there is adventurism on Israel's side, and adventurism is always dangerous". Zarif also assessed that a direct clash with Israel was not likely, but added that "we cannot exclude the possibility".
