The Shin Bet, Israel’s internal security service, announced the arrest of ten Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine members who allegedly were “involved in planning attacks against Israeli targets”. The agency reported that interrogation of one of the suspects indicated that “the organisation conducted joint exercises with officials in Iran, as well as Hizbollah and the Syrian military, and they were also sources of funding for the organisation’s activities”.
