The U.S. special representative for Iran, Brian Hook, posited that reports of Iranian missile transfers into Iraq "are all the more serious when you take into account the life-threatening and provocative attacks on U.S. diplomatic facilities recently in Baghdad and Basra, which Iran did nothing to stop".
