Foreign Minister Gaby Ashkenazi contended that “Iran is undermining the stability of the entire Middle East and the international community must act to not allow Iran to reach nuclear capabilities – not today and not in the future”. Relatedly, Defence Minister Benny Gantz underscored that “Israel continues to act together with its partners in the world generally, and the U.S. in particular, to prevent Iran from reaching a nuclear threshold”.
