An unnamed senior Israeli official was quoted as saying that there had been “a very unordinary cyber attack against civilian water facilities” by Iran in late April, which the official described as “against every ethic and every code even in times of war… we didn’t expect this even from the Iranians. It is just not done”. The Israeli security cabinet reportedly convened on 7 May to consider the matter.
