Discussing a Saudi-proposed ceasefire plan to end the Yemen war, the Saudi UN envoy remarked that “the ball is in the Huthis’ court… They need to come clean and not give priority to the interests of outside parties, but rather to the interest of the Yemeni people. That’s where the ball lies and that’s where we are waiting to see if we have a partner for peace or not”.
