Iran's OPEC envoy denounced Saudi Arabia's decision to raise its oil production to record levels, declaring that "the State Department says [an earlier OPEC decision] is short and Saudi Arabia says they will produce 11 million barrels per day in July. I regret to say they are both ridiculing our organisation".
