Foreign Minister Zarif opined "from the first day we have shown our willingness to resolved the crisis in Yemen... there should be a wide ceasefire on the ground and, ultimately, all sides will understand the need for an end to military operations, to deliver aid to civilians and support the formation of an inclusive Yemeni government and an inter-Yemeni dialogue".
