The texts of negotiation have been prepared and a large number of texts are ready, but differences are under consideration”. Relatedly, Iran’s diplomatic spokesperson noted that “there is no deadlock in the Vienna talks… We do not allow the talks to erode, nor do we rush”. “The JCPOA must be implemented exactly”, he added. “There has never been any discussion about the new JCPOA and we have not had any new negotiations with the U.S.”.
