The U.S. sanctioned what it described as “ten key Hamas terrorist group members, operatives and financial facilitators”, including one Qatar-based individual whom the Treasury said had “close ties to the Iranian regime… [and] was involved in the transfers of tens of millions of dollars to Hamas, including Hamas’ military wing”.
