The U.S. Department of Treasury extended through February 2020 a sanction waiver authorising “all transactions and activities… that are ordinarily incident and necessary to the maintenance or wind down of transactions involving, directly or indirectly, COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Co., Ltd.”
