Secretary Pompeo stated that "we understand [Iran] to be the world's largest state sponsor of terror, and truly a threat throughout the world through its proxy forces". He went on to say that "we have put real pressure on Iran to change its behaviour, and we're working diligently to make sure that that happens in 2019".
