The Pentagon indicated that 64 U.S. troops had suffered mild traumatic brain injury as a result of Iran’s January 8 missile strikes against Iraqi bases hosting U.S. forces. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mark Milley, noted that “the number's growing” and further explained: “the TBI manifests itself over time”.
