Iraqi security forces reported that “the Ain al-Assad Air Base… was targeted by two drones”, both of which “were shut [sic] down without casualties”. The U.S.-led counter-ISIS coalition asserted that “while we have ended our combat mission, we maintain the inherent right of self-defence”.
