Foreign Minister Amirabdollahian subsequently emphasised that Biden “cannot impose U.S.’s one-sided views through accusation and sanction. Diplomacy is not a one-way street. Reaching [a] final agreement needs [the] U.S.’s acceptance of realities, flexibility and initiatives”.
