As Crisis Group's Development Officer, Krystal works in the Philanthropy team and manages corporate relationships. She focus on stewarding and uplifting engagement with corporate donors, increasing Crisis Group's profile within the corporate sector and developing new relationships.

Before joining Crisis Group in November 2022, Krystal worked in the not-for-profit sector for over seven years in the Caribbean and the UK. She is a successful philanthropy fundraiser and project coordinator, with proven experience in high-net-worth fundraising and a track record in delivering six-figure donations in the UK and overseas. Krystal is highly organised and experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects, with an innate ability to maintain, build and grow donor/stakeholder relationships both regionally and internationally.
