As Associate Director for Government and Multilateral Relations, Rose manages a portfolio of partnerships with government and multilateral donors, develops and negotiates donor-funded projects and initiatives, and implements tailored strategies for donor advocacy, stewardship and retention, working with teams across the organisation. She also deputises where needed for the Director of Government and Multilateral Relations. 

Rose joined Crisis Group in 2015, relocating to Brussels. Prior to this, she worked in operational management, fundraising, project development, and relationship building for various NGOs and government institutions in the UK and Horn of Africa.
