Can the organisation continue to play a significant role in international peace and security in an era of geopolitical competition? The panel features Wendy Sherman, former U.S Under-Secretary of State for Political Affairs, Lord (Mark) Malloch-Brown, former UN Deputy Secretary-General and Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and Gérard Araud, former Ambassador of France to the United Nations and to the U.S. Richard Gowan, Crisis Group UN Director moderates the discussion.
