Global Operations

Our staff members (approximately 150) and consultants are drawn from a broad spectrum of backgrounds including academia, civil society, diplomacy and media.

Our headquarters is in Brussels, Belgium, where we manage global research and publications, media and digital platforms, government fundraising and administration. 

Research and advocacy on some 70 conflicts or crises are run by our regional and cross-cutting programs covering AfricaAsia, the Future of ConflictEurope & Central AsiaLatin America & the Caribbean, the Middle East & North Africa, and the United States

The programs’ policy advocacy and outreach around the world is supported from offices in Brussels, Bogotá, Dakar, Istanbul, London, Nairobi, New York and Washington DC.
