Lavinia Pletosu Project Manager, EU Brussels Crisis Group Role Lavinia Pletosu is the EU team’s Project Manager. Since 2017, she has been working on the implementation of EU-related projects on conflicts covered by Crisis Group. Professional Background Before joining the EU Team, Lavinia worked as Assistant to Crisis Group President Jean-Marie Guéhenno for two years. Prior to joining Crisis Group, she worked for the private sector as well as NGOs based in Switzerland, South Korea and Belgium, specialising in events with a fundraising purpose.She holds a Master’s degree in European Studies as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva. Lavinia speaks English, French, Spanish, Italian, Romanian and has basic knowledge of Korean.
