Mandi joined Crisis Group in December 2015 as Senior Development Officer based in New York. Prior to that, she was the Manager of Individual Giving in the Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY), and she continues to volunteer with VNSNY Hospice and Palliative Care. Before VNSNY, Mandi worked for several years in the International Relations department at 92nd Street Y, where she coordinated a number of programs including the Ford Motor Company International Fellowship of 92nd Street Y. She holds a degree in Political Science from Manhattanville College and a Masters of Science in Nonprofit Management from The New School University.
