Tanda Theophilus is Crisis Group's Giustra Fellow for the Africa program. He conducts field research and provides policy recommendations on conflicts and the humanitarian fallout of conflict in Central Africa and Cameroon. He also assists in the Program’s advocacy activities related to conflict prevention and mitigation in Central Africa.
