Professional Background

Prior to joining Crisis Group, Onesphore worked as a Senior Researcher for the Pole Institute, an intercultural institute based in the DR Congo’s Eastern North-Kivu province. His research focused on the political, economic and cultural dynamics of conflict in the country and in the Great Lakes region during the last twenty years.
