If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision or portion of the Terms unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.  You and we both agree that the state and federal courts located in the borough of Manhattan in the State of New York, will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any claim, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with the Terms.

Any waiver of any provision of the Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Crisis Group.  Crisis Group’s failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
