Following media reports on Bahraini authorities foiling an Iran-backed “terrorist attack” against “several public and security structures in Bahrain”, the country’s Interior Ministry issued a statement asserting that “the case is dated back to the beginning of 2020, and it is now at the relevant court; hence it isn’t a new case”.
