Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi’s office reported a call with U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, with the two discussing “bilateral relations, developments in the region and future cooperation between Iran and the [Counter-ISIS] Coalition in the light of Iraq’s growing counter-terrorism capabilities”.
