The spokesperson for the U.S.-led counter-ISIS coalition reported that “Ain al-Assad Air Base was attacked by fourteen rockets. The rockets landed on the base and perimeter”. He further reported “minor injuries” to two personnel at the facility, and Iraqi security forces confirmed "damages to local home and a Mosque”. The same day, the Syrian Democratic Forces reported thwarting a drone attack “on a base housing members of the U.S.-led coalition in eastern Syria”.
