Israel’s National Security Council warned of “increased efforts on behalf of Iran and its proxies to carry out attacks against Israelis and Jews all around the world”, adding: “Iranian terrorist organisations continue to try to establish contact with Israelis, either in Israel or abroad, under the guise of business ties or by impersonating others, with the goal of kidnapping or otherwise harming them”.
