In a statement regarding meetings in Washington between Israel’s intelligence chief and senior U.S. officials, the Prime Minister’s office indicated that “the Director of the Mossad presented sensitive intelligence materials, and emphasised that Israeli will not be able to stand idly by while Iran continues to deceive the world... The Americans emphasised that they will not allow Iran to obtain a nuclear weapon and that they will continue to act in full cooperation with the State of Israel”.
