Lebanese sources reported five fatalities from Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon; two were reportedly Hizbollah members while Palestinian Islamic Jihad confirmed three fatalities. The Israeli military confirmed that Hizbollah fire into northern Israel killed one soldier and injured another.
