The Wilson Center Latin American Program organises a discussion on Tuesday 16 February about the CICIG experience in Guatemala and its relevance to other efforts in the region to confront corruption. The event begins with the presentation of Crisis Group's latest Guatemala report Crutch to Catalyst? The International Commission Against Impunity in Guatemala, and will be followed by commentary from representatives from the United Nations, US Department of State, and Government of El Salvador.
