Defence Minister Benny Gantz, along with the head of Mossad, met with CIA Director William Burns and shared “intelligence regarding Iranian aggression in the region and its nuclear program”; Gantz said he had “emphasised the need to widen the actions of the international community in order to maintain regional stability”. Burns also met with Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, and the two “discussed tightening intelligence and security cooperation… as well as the situation in the Middle East, especially Iran, and possibilities for expanding and deepening regional cooperation”.
