An IRGC official indicated that "having secured the technology [required] for manufacturing various types of radars, command-and-control centres, ground-to-air missile systems and electronic warfare equipment, the [IRGC] aerospace force is ready to provide the Iraqi defence forces with whatever assistance and experience".
