Josie re-joined Crisis Group as Head of Private Sector Development - Europe in April 2017. She has over 12 years experience in the NGO sector raising funds from high-level donors and has previously worked for ActionAid, Médecins Sans Frontières and The Prince’s Trust.  She has an MSc in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London and a BA in English with Film & Drama from the University of Reading.
