Zaib Barlas joined Crisis Group as Operations Manager for the South Asia Project in March 2009. She has previously worked as Human Resources Officer for DFID (Department for International Development) at the British High Commission in Islamabad.  She has also had stints working for the United Nations Drug Program (UNDCP), the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), and the Aga Khan Foundation.
